The despise amongst the mainland Nepalis against the "Madhesis" is so high that it translated into their hatred for India, and the subsequent liking of China(coupled with the Chinese funding and support of the Communist guerrillas). The ones in the hill don't care much and the ones near the border areas know the reality too well.

Nepal should be disintegrated into two parts one should be Madheshi Pradesh and other should be Upper Nepal, if they try to act oversmart and pinch India with the help of China, as they do at regular intervals

Slightly OT for this thread
Madhesis are deep entrenched into Nepal and not just the bordering districts. The business communities of districts like Biraatnagar and Kathmandu are majority Madhesis- that's one of the reasons they don't like them- Madhesis are the moneyed class and it becomes easier for the communist hawks to rally against the sahukaar.
Nepal is too good for a guerrilla insurgency, better not to engage in military actions. Buying off these corrupt thugs like Oli is always easier

Re Shaurya (and other) missile induction, you cannot just "deploy" a weapon system suddenly out of thin air. It takes years to develop technology, test, form and train military units, build support infrastructure and manufacture & induct significant numbers of the weapon. There have been rumours of deployment Prahaar, Shaurya, Nirbhay etc. over the past year but I take all of them with a truck load of salt. If we did deploy them, that would have meant we had started putting serious amounts of money on them at least 5 years back, you cannot just give a farmaan and expect to have it immediately.
