I must say that here (on this forum) all of us are so much concerned about security of our beloved motherland, had the same number (92 user+ 147guests=239) of parliamentarian and bureaucrats shown the same quantity of concern about the safety and security of India, this alarming situation would have never taken place.

I must share with the forum my impression of what PLA thinks of the IA and their soldiers..

Firstly, the Chinese undoubtedly are afraid of Indian soldiers and quite aware of their soldierly qualities. PLA officers know that they face a regular standing Army. PLA therefore never ever patrol the LAC with less than fifty to hundred soldiers. Indian patrols barely exceed twenty. However, in their interaction the Chinese are a big showoff, try and act as snobs and quite dramabaaz and foraml. Informally. they are a very friendly lot and it does not take much for them to be informal.

Chinese diplomats are ex PLA men and therefore will carryout negotiations as per PLA dictates. Many times PLA does not accept the diplomatic decision.

Chinese easily deal with Indian civilians particularly our diplomatic corps. Unfortunately, they always complain to them about Indian Army and try and control Indian military actions and decisions through MEA. MEA always oblige and try and mount on the general.

Chinese believes in force projection through quantity. Their patrol parties are huge because of standardised procedures. The striking difference here is quick decision making at ground level. Chinese will barely deviate from their plan devised by politburo/PLA planners. Galawan incident reflect how proactive our jawans can be if provoked or in war. Please note previous stone pelting events from Chinese are not spontaneous but are well planned.

This year provided us a good opportunity to check how much losses Chinese can take or how much provocation can they accept(if we capture their land patches)

They have their targets and they go for that. It is very easy to say someone SANGHI, COMMIE etc., but, whenever the entire process is seen through microscope, the work-culture and vested interests can be identified easily. Har koi Manohar Parrikar aur Narendra Modi nahi ho sakta. Har koi FM Maneksha Sahab jaisa nahi ho sakta...

Sir, you may disagree, but I have seen the KARYAPRANALI of bureaucrats and parliamentarians, and parliamentary committees too, closely. Exceptions are there, but, generally, they don't care. They have their targets and they go for that. It is very easy to say someone SANGHI, COMMIE etc., but, whenever the entire process is seen through microscope, the work-culture and vested self interests can be identified easily. Har koi Manohar Parrikar aur Narendra Modi nahi ho sakta. Har koi FM Maneksha Sahab jaisa nahi ho sakta...

obviously there are bad elements in every field. i stick to my observations, based on my first hand experience.
