Ya'll Nibbiars Things do build up to a full-blown conflict but so far there have been only pinpricks. The Melcchas deployment right now is non-tactical.

The Melcchas formation comprised of the mechanized and motorized Divisions and Bridges with the Artillery and Mechanized Motor formations in support which clearly states that they are there not for a offensive position but for a defensive formation. The Melcchas units are useless for a mountain warfare. They are there for the defence of the tibetan plateau as they fear we could march over there.
