. Nice to know your technique and experience. True that Meditation not only cure but it will prevent many type of illnesses.Humans are creatures of habit, so for me if I miss then it feels weird and upsetting for rest of day...you still try to do mentally. As you know 3 times is the traditional rule but most don't unless you are agnihotri and maintain it 24/7 365 days long and as long as you live I used to do 2 times growing up but down to morning now and gayathri jaap time, one does yadashakti as time and their ability permits but this is not pranayama technically but reciting bheejakhars properly effects breathing and thats why gayathri mantra is considered very powerful....I try to do 20 minutes of this approximately as one is not supposed to count....after the sandhya I do the pranayama alternate nostrils way about 30 minutes. But its second nature now...my O2 levels were very good even at 20000 feet past base camp A while a lot of well built white guys were suffering. It definitely works...just not instantly like medication
