Don't know the capability w.r.t other HPC but significance is that it reduces gaseous emissions,for a well functioning of a aero-engine.

Tough to say
By 2035 we would be able to certify high thrust engine if got our hands with the RR deal with no further delay in signing.
But maybe by looking at the speed DRDO can do it earlier

Non Isothermal forging causes cracks in metal at high temperatures due to uneven solidification. nonetheless, it can stand the core temperature of the dry Kaveri engine but not when Kaveri goes into afterburner phage.

Isothermal forged alloy can withstand at 1800 dC which is the core temperature after wet thrust kicks in. But this alone is not enough we have to work more on alloy and coating technique also
