Depends on how you design it.

But IMO, it would bring into play a huge capability boost. Just imagine launching them from such inaccessible areas where deploying vehicle mount launcher would be hard or tough. In other words you could launch these ammos from virtually anywhere in mountainous terrain.

K4 is definitely deployed and in service for sometime
U can see multiple instances of it being loaded onto our ships in GE images

This is great news a private company procuring LUH means its operational costs are competitive Globally
