Yes, DSI and all is necessity, but the fin shapes look akwardly wrong...

He don't like the modified nose cone maybe , well one doubt are those jamming pods at the inner end of horizontal tailplanes

The newere design is all shit, the wings look ugly, the horizontal stabilisers look ugly, the nose cone looks ugly, the DSI intake looks ugly, AMCA used to look so sleek now its front looks so bulky.

Welp, present one is definitely stealthier (last one abandoned edge-alignment). Possibly grants better maneuverability too.

The cut at the front is so as to not scoop up too much air from below when engaged & create unwanted vortex.

With it they can maintain the edge-alignment at the back & the front edge mistach is more hidden.

Don't keep hopes of them changing it.

Nope. Dafuq will I know how it should be?!.. That's complicated shit.

I know too big wings in stealth aircraft are problematic... You want small wings & big fins (ideally equal sized both). Increase in size of individual surface will exponentially increase RCS.

I was more disheartened when the 5 BVR internal bay & side-bays were removed, during about 2014-15.

Welp. Not that simple.

What I learnt is that side-bays launching CCM at both speed & high-G would need years of additional flight testing. So AMCA Mark1 is ditching those to cut development time.
In stealthy configuration AMCA will only carry bombs & BVRs.
