Mitron , iam not hopefull about tedbf and tejas mk2 , especially tedbf because it's a very quick phenomena , not common for indian defense sector .
I just pray amca ud sake bas .

Its quick because you already have sufficient flight performance data that'd help design an aircraft around the data. Earlier you dint have the data, therefore you had to change designs on TD and PV and LSP's and then go to SP. With TEDBF you are eliminating a whole lot of work.

We took 40 years to expertise a design, learning aerodynamic characteristics of designs, developing and integrating avionics and creating an ecosystem for production of parts (what was biggest hurdle earlier). We were country without any base and experience what we got now.

I am pretty sure it's not the technologies which is bothering you,its production rate,right?

Yes production rate , dalal etc .
How could i doubt HAL capability , for iam not even a engineer .

Well yeah production rate isn't a factor,which you can improve overnight.
The More orders they get the more they invest in facilities,the more production rate they get.
Let pressure of delivering aircrafts come to HAL+penalty if they don't deliver on time,then watch how HAL delivers everything with quality and quantity.

Several Parts of India's 5.5 generation AMCA fighter entered production. First Prototype will be available in 2024 and the first flight will be completed in 2025. The major characteristic of AMCA will be it's super stealth . Most of the 5 th generation Aircraft's availability rate is very poor because of its Maintenance to preserve its stealth . To increase the availability AMCA will have a Vehicle Health Monitoring System that will reduce downtime. ADA did special Studies on the Vehicle Health Monitoring System.

ADA also developed special coatings for AMCA cockpit for improved stealth . Ground testing of AMCA internal Weapons bay is also completed.

AMCA MK 2 will be optionally manned aircraft . Which will enter production in 2034-35. Mk 2 AMCA will have an external pilot who can override the control's of Weapons delivery , with the use of Satellite link. AMCA MK 2 can Autonomously take off and go through the way points for mission navigation .

Fighting over baby name without being mother pregnant , they are changing specs like anything , i think in the middle of development they would introduce a mk1a model with modified ge engine and side bays .
