Please donate them to me once AI is over.

From behind, it resembles SU30, somewhat....
Mujhe laga pilot ne eject kar dia before landing for Aero India. HeheheBooze bottle kaha rakhege phir
no it won't be completely stealth, look at the external pylons and exhaust nozzle
That's the configuration for non stealth missions.no it won't be completely stealth, look at the external pylons and exhaust nozzle

Stealth or not it can easily shoot your daddy's F35 copyno it won't be completely stealth, look at the external pylons and exhaust nozzle
What about them? Please google black body radiation concept. The closed exhaust does give any protection against radar guided missiles, it gives protection at best against IR missiles which anyways have good countermeasures.no it won't be completely stealth, look at the external pylons and exhaust nozzle
exactly mk1 will not be fully stealth, IAF will acquire its one or at max 2 sqdn. From the external pylons, the exhaust nozzle, it looks like ADA will be reaching IAF requirements only in Mk.2. Mk.1 will be more of a souped up 4.5 Gen. IAF was looking for importing/co-developing a mature platform back in 2012 itself.DRDO has been showcasing various models of AMCA since Aero India 2009. Apart from that till date there are numerous models being presented in CSIR-NAL Annual report, presentation from DRDO Cheif, recent Tarmak interview etc.
At Aero India 2009, it was proposed that prototype will fly by 2015, and induction by 2020. Ten years later in Aero-India 2019, the revised first flight was proposed in 2025 and induction by 2030 (MK1) and 2035 (Mk2) variant. The project is already very late, rather than design being frozen and still tinkering with design is going on. Even if we beleive that 2025 will be first flight, I am sure a new model will be unveiled in Aero India 2023.
IAF delayed the project by delaying the ASQR for a long time. Similarly, GOI delayed formal sanction by releasing funds, to cater for MMRCA imports and FGFA programme.
Now even South Korea has taken lead and started building prototypes for their KAI KF-X programme, which is a two stage programmewhere first stage will be semi stealth platform and second stage will be full stealth platform.
Beleive it or not, this route was proposed in early 2000s for next gen fighter by HAL. At that time it was known as MCA programme.
Serrated composite nozzles reduce RCS.What about them? Please google black body radiation concept. The closed exhaust does give any protection against radar guided missiles, it gives protection at best against IR missiles which anyways have good countermeasures.
External Pylons does not make any difference to stealth unless armed. Even F-22 has it and no aircraft is completely stealth, not even F-22.
No that was the plan (First stage 4.5 gen and second stage 5th gen) when the programme was in initial studies called MCA back in early 2000s.exactly mk1 will not be fully stealth, IAF will acquire its one or at max 2 sqdn. From the external pylons, the exhaust nozzle, it looks like ADA will be reaching IAF requirements only in Mk.2. Mk.1 will be more of a souped up 4.5 Gen.
Fly by optic and optionally manned cockpit are planned on Mk.1 as well. Main features of Mk.2 will be the engine, flight control software, maybe DEWs, next gen EW system, etc.No that was the plan (First stage 4.5 gen and second stage 5th gen) when the programme was in initial studies called MCA back in early 2000s.
Since the involvement of IAF(early 2010s) the programme has transformed in MK1 (with low thrust GE-414 engine@98 KN) and MK2 (with high thrust 110 KN engine by local/JV). Both MK1 and MK2 are fully stealth platform with internal weapons bays. MK2 will incorporate various 6th generation technologies like manned/unmanned teams, optionally manned cockpit, fly by optics etc.
As far as external hardpoints are concerned, all fifth generation fighters have them. You can only carry a limited no. of missiles and bombs in the internal weapons bays. External Hardpoints give options of carrying many more missiles.
It comes very handy in non stealthy missions.Fifth generation fighters are not only used for only stealth missions. That is only first wave of attack. After that they will do the role of conventional fighters.
From IR seeking missiles. Does not help against ground based or air based radars or radar guided missiles. Rear exhaust cannot be made stealthy, F-22 had a square serrated nozzles as an extra counter measure to IR seeking missiles. It does not give any benefit against the generation of radar guided missiles we have today. Why else do you think F-35 flies with its engine exposed?Serrated composite nozzles reduce RCS.
Are both same?View attachment 76420
Folks another AMCA model
Don't know the AMCA is almost obscured in the picAre both same?
Nah,the rear of camouflaged AMCA looks horrible(IMO)Are both same?
Projections for future based on past , not wise choice .Mitron , iam not hopefull about tedbf and tejas mk2 , especially tedbf because it's a very quick phenomena , not common for indian defense sector .
I just pray amca ud sake bas .
