It is as virulent as Omicron but much less potent/lethal than Omicron.

Probably caught it at a supermarket a couple of weeks back and ended up infecting my entire family. Folks are fine but Dad has intermittent bouts of cough during evenings/nights.

Symptoms milder than some difficult to deal with URTI infections.

Very mild fever(maxes out at 99 mostly, 100 or more, rare), very sore throat for a day or two, annoying headache for a day with stuffy/clogged nose lasting up to 3 days followed by a week of intermittent cough. Nasal tone may last a week to ten days. Some fatigue may be there but that's about it.

It has been doing the rounds of Bangalore for over a month blessing everybody without a mask in public.

Bangalore is the undisputed flu capital of the country.

How's the MSS assessment coming along ? Will this latest bout of the Wuhan virus pandemic be as potent as the last one meaning will it result in mass hospitalizations & deaths?

What's the situation in China like ? Are people still quarantined , expected to take repeated tests
by having probes inserted up their behinds & vaccinated for this latest variant or have the Chinese people developed auto immunity given the multiple strains you've been subjected to & given your vaccines are duds to begin with ?

Sinovac was shit anyway and they hid their fatalities too. Those who could, made it to Singapore and got a dose or two of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.

With shit Sinovac, it is no wonder Omicron rampaged across China and screwed them up so bad, they were falling like chicken during a bird flu outbreak in the countryside.
