I don't think Mask can really protect u from much.
Direct and Indirect body contact is the main spreader.
Even with the hazmath suit u need to disinfect every day.

A bio-wing can be built up by going down the route of Territorial Army. This outbreak was an anomaly. It won't be around forever and outbreaks don't pop up every year to warrant any institution on permanent standby for a century.

Meanwhile, doctors and nurses within such an organization can follow TA's method of weekends and evening (or even online training) and be called in only in times of distress such as this one.

True... but it would be helpful to have a core team of a few thousand who would spearhead the fight against bio hazards in the future... not just bio but chemical, nuclear and radiological.. like CBRN wing
