Bullpup variant?Our good ol INSAS
YesBullpup variant?
Yup, definitely a bullpup-ized INSAS. But not sure whether it's a working example or just a mock-up.Bullpup variant?
Never knew it's in service.View attachment 150755

From my side:Here's a good template for accessories which should be standard issue to our soldiers in future, atleast after a decade , i hope a reflex sight, foregrip and laser/flashlight module is not much asking after a decade in 2030s, not asking for scope, as our guys don't seem to place it correctly. Anyway after issues in Ak12 reported, i am happy with ak 203 gun but not with the price compared to sig. Guy on the left has 5.45 version of ak 203, current conflict.
Hope for the day when our infantry gets this much gear, perhaps after 2050.View attachment 150756
Also ak203 should have their original adjustable stocksFrom my side:
For AK203s: Bel Trinetra Reflex Sigh, Foregrip and a Flashlight
For Sig: A Scope, Foregrip, Flashlight and a LAM
That’s what has me confused.Never knew it's in service.
On other hand, it was last seen in DM's hand. It has been mentioned as capability enhancement initiative check, so may be the design study is getting carried out by IA inhouse. If so, it's more then a pleasure to see it.That’s what has me confused.
Just out of curiosity. Do operators armed with suppressed SMGs use sub-sonic ammo?
However the one in RM’s hands looks much more refined and modern compared to this one.On other hand, it was last seen in DM's hand. It has been mentioned as capability enhancement initiative check, so may be the design study is getting carried out by IA inhouse. If so, it's more then a pleasure to see it.
Recently army floated some RFI or RFP for sub sonic ammo i guessJust out of curiosity. Do operators armed with suppressed SMGs use sub-sonic ammo?

Most weapon merchants in Idlib, Syria can easily do this in a few hours time since the INSAS is a botched 5.56 mm conversion of the AKM.Yup, definitely a bullpup-ized INSAS. But not sure whether it's a working example or just a mock-up.
Time and time various officers from different army establishments come up with this kind of hacks.
