Remember the 62 battle? Us with 303s and them with AK 56? Just reimagine the same scene:
Us with AK203s and them with higher velocity 5.8 mm QBZs and Level 3 armour.
(Omitting Sig 716 users)
Wont happen that way, Sigs are for that specific purpose

Because; it'll be bit uncertain if you're not that big of a country.
Every army asks the manufacturer to provide a guarantee of spares for the whole service life of the weapon. But in this case you will be dependent on three different manufacturers.

But ya, there is one example of a country with an AR chambered in 7.62x39mm.
It's Yemen with their CK-901.
Even Greyhounds use that gun in India, but the CM901 variant.

Russia who else, they will license produce it under the name of Pk21
I don't think that's a true AK-103 i.e. 7.62x39mm variant of AK-74M though,
gas block, iron sight base, flash hider, underfolding buttstock (sic, imagine throwing that crap of a buttstock that even russians abandoned since quite long they got onto AK-74 series)...it seems like glorified AKMS in AK-100 series handguards...
...
or just a prop-weapon they could found was shown as AK-103 whatever...

Ey c'mon don't go full retard...
'62 debacle where we used WW1 era SMLE bolt action rifles and they were armed with their kopies of SKS, RPD, AKs

vs

potential battle where we would be armed with SIG716i, AKs, INSAS vs them with QBZ-95//-03//-191 in 5.8x42mm...here both sides are armed with their own self-loading weapons

At that altitude neither side regularly uses body armour or plate carriers, nearly all footage and images show them with shoulder strap ammo pouches and tactical vests just like us. I think at that height both sides would prioritise mobility and comfort than wearing heavy plates and vests as they already have to wear cold weather clothing adding more weight.

You know what sirji , during recent military exercises in Russia , Pakistanis used ak 103 only .
The accuracy of insas used by our men to ak 103 at similar distance was not much different
I don't remember the scores though , both were equal i guess
Iam not even a noobda as far as fire arms are concerned , but I don't think the 7.62 39 mm bullet drop should be a concern.

Hope its an ar15 .or better be a rip off hk416.i really wanna see those krauts faces
I don’t have hopes anymore from them, they haven’t posted a video of their weapons firing, only their sniper rifle firing video is there but can’t make anything out of it except the fact that it can shoot.

@Johny_Baba @SGOperative
sheit seems like Pakis are going for Bren cz 806
Or maybe 7.62 nato of Bren??
Or simplified version of Bren??

mean while we rnt we paying a lot of ak 203

The Wolfpack tweeted
Report: Pak Army applies for line of credit from Czech Republic to buy new assault rifles to replace aging and obsolete G3s and Type 56.
Well funny thing is this I want to express my thoughts through a meme what Indian Army must’ve gone through while evluating the 7.62x39mm CZ BREN.
