The cardstock box says “Made in India” but the “IVI” on the can is throwing me off. Headstamp is “SDI < 21 5.56x45” (is it possible the < is a “V”, matching the “V” in “IVI” on the can?) Who is “IVI” if not “Industries Valcartier Inc.” in Canada? My internet searching did not turn up any...

OFB has been making SS109 and M193 equivalents for several years but they are of dubious quality. Several lakhs rounds had to be destroyed by IA due to poor quality.
