Although I would love to see atleast some of our people armed with those beauties

An LPVO or even an Aimpoint seems better than an EOTech in most situations. For a law enforcement unit like NSG, the setup you've described seems good, but for Paras, I'd lean towards a 14.5" barrel upper, LPVO like Nightforce ATACR 1-8x or even a lighter 1-6x optic.. Rest would be the same.

Red dots are not very accurate, Aimpoints are good for NSG.

What do you mean? Most Aimpoints have 2 MOA dots vs 1 MOA of EOTech. And nowadays there are red dots with ACSS reticles and other goodies. These have a battery life if 50000 hours vs 2000 of EOTech. And they are cheaper in general (not Aimpoints).
