Check out what that moron Bajwa of the Pussy Islamist Army of Terroristan (PIAT) said about jihad at the Munich Conference yesterday. He's openly endorsing it as state policy now! Wow!

'Jihad can only be sanctioned by state'

In his introductory speech on 'Jihadism after Caliphate', the COAS said, "...the present jihadism is a misnomer. Jihad is a highly award concept that underlines struggle against tyranny of all types. (He probably is referring to the so called 'tyranny' in Kashmir and thus jihad is par for the course. Shameless son-of-a-bitch!)

"There is also saying of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that the best of Jihad is a word of truth in the face of a tyrant ruler. On the other hand, Qital (fighting) and the aspect of armed Jihad comes at the lowest end of the spectrum of actions and beliefs that comprise the concept of Jihad and can only be sanctioned by a state authority and nobody else," he said while addressing attendees at the conference.

And he further adds...

"No militant camps exist on Pakistani soil."

Really?

Lol! This guy must be the biggest liar this side of the Suez! Or he's ignorant. Or both. What are these below? KFC / McDonald's outlets in POK?

Jehad is to be done by state declaration. If there is tyrant, is he going to declare Jihad against himself?? :confused1::confused1::confused1:

On side note: What level of inbreeding is needed to produce rectums like him of mushirat??:doh::doh:

How many people should do that? There are enough posts on the pasting pakis are receiving. Those who want to cry like a rudali are welcome to do that. Does not change a thing on the ground. Just remember its the pakis squealing about nuclear war and summoning the HC.

Very true

This is what I have been my point of debate all the time and when I say cross over POK it's here!

There is NO LOC beyond point NJ9842 it's just the AGPL This is why Pakistani counterpart was very reluctant in taking Siachin as different dispute and not to forget Kargil plan was not to take Kashmir valley but Siachen.

The plan was
1)to cut off Indian army's supply to Siachen
2)cross AGPL and call for seize fire.

Note: India could have not been able to put any argument except for Instrument of Accession and NOT even Simla Agreement

Why?

Because there is no mention of LOC in Simla Agreement beyond point NJ9842. And when instrument of accession comes into debate, the UN resolution comes too! And when Musharraf came for Agra sumit he did not sign anything which could convert AGPL into LOC as an instrument of surrender. But it's more advantageous for us as India can anytime cross over.

Most of the member here are still learning the dispute and mostly are unaware and they do not understand this game played by Pakistan. Those who have studied the Kashmir dispute thoroughly only they will be able to understand or explain. This is why I don't actually discuss these things.

This year over a hundred soldier are going to die. Some in action and some in accidents.

You cannot have such a morale.

The Indian Army being a million strong can do with deaths every year coz it is only natural plus it is a very big institution..one of the top 10 employers in the world.

Jammu and Kashmir: Pakistan’s Border Action Team member killed in Poonch, says Indian Army

Two Pakistani militants and three Indian soldiers were also injured in the gunfight, the Army said.

The Indian Army on Monday claimed that the intruder killed along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district on Sunday was from Pakistan’s Border Action Team, Greater Kashmir reported. Two Pakistani militants and three Indian soldiers were also injured in the gunfight, the Army said.

Army spokesperson in Jammu Lieutenant Colonel Devender Anand said, “The BAT team, comprising Pakistani regulars and militants, tried to sneak in from across the Line of Control in Gulpur area of Khari Karmara sector last evening [Sunday] under cover of heavy shelling.”

The heavily-armed body of the Pakistan man was recovered from Khari Karmara, he said. “A huge quantity of arms and ammunition along with a Pakistani flag were recovered from the slain militant whose body was found during the search and sanitisation operation,” Anand added.

“We will be offering to hand over the body of the armed militant to the Pakistan army,” the official said. “The modus operandi adopted by the Pakistan Army and the militants in this instance is similar to the attempts made in the recent past in incidents like the one at Keri and Gambir along the LoC and Sunjuwan in Jammu.”

The Pakistan Army, meanwhile, claimed on Monday that it killed two Indian soldiers after destroying an Indian Army post, Geo News reported. Islamabad alleged that the post was used to kill an eight-year-old boy across the Line of Control in Pakistan’s Jajot village.

Though there has been no official response from the Indian Army, PTI quoted unidentified officials as saying that the claims were “baseless”.

Hizb poster warns children, their families against joining Indian Army sponsored schemes in Kashmir
HIGHLIGHTS
  • Hizbul Mujahideen releases new 'warning'poster in Kashmir.
  • Terror outfit calls participants in these schemes'greedy'
  • Says women are made soft targets by the government and Army.
A new poster of Hizbul Mujahideen has warned women from participating in sports and asked them to stay away from Indian Army and government sponsored schemes.

The threat is going viral on social media platforms.

The warning issued by the Hizbul Mujahideen said that Waheed Para, who is the youth president of Pulwama, along with India agencies forces girls to work with Army and lures them by giving incentives for participation

The terror outfit considers the participation in these programmes to be sheer "Greed".

The terror group warned the parents of these sportsmen and women who are sending their children to play under various schemes.

The Hizbul group led by Riyaz Naikoo has threatened families of sportspersons to stop going to government aided tours.

It has also warned youth to stay away from cricket leagues, All India Tour Operation Sadbavna and musical concerts.

The group said that participation in such activities is immoral and parents should avoid the trap.

On the other hand, Wahid Para told India today," The progressive schemes will continue. The terror outfit is threatened by developmental activity and therefore choosing soft targets."

"We will not give up, it is sad that youth especially women are being made soft targets, but the threat will not have impact on ground," Para added further.

Under pressure from security forces, the militants are on a backfoot. The same group had threatened political candidates with acid attack in yet to be held Panchayat polls.

Police sources have said that they are checking the veracity of the poster.

BSF constable killed in Pakistan ceasefire violation

A Border Security Force (BSF) trooper was killed in yet another ceasefire violation by Pakistan, this time in Jammu-Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

The BSF said that Pakistani Army had resorted to sniper firing in Tangdhar area of the LoC on Tuesday, 20 February.

“Constable SK Murmu deployed at forward defence location (FDL) on the LoC, was hit in the firing. He was shifted to army’s base hospital in Srinagar where he succumbed to his injuries late on Tuesday,” he said.

According to officials, Murmu was deployed in Karnah sector of the Tangdhar area. He was shot at around 4.30 pm and passed away four hours later.

“He was initially evacuated on foot from the forward area and then taken to Srinagar in an Army helicopter. However, Murmu succumbed to the fatal sniper shot. He was shot at by the Pakistani forces,” a senior officer said.

Murmu, who hails from Jamui district in Bihar, was 28 and had joined the force in 2013. The death of the BSF trooper takes the toll to over 20 since 1 January.

In retaliation, the Indian Army has killed 20 Pakistani soldiers following ceasefire violations by the neighbour in the last 45 days. According to reports, the Army itself has lost 10 soldiers in the corresponding period since 1 January.

Ceasefire violations by Pakistan have been on the rise since January this year prompting J-K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to call for a dialogue with Pakistan.

“Guns cannot solve any problems, only talks can,” she said in her latest call on 18 February underlining the need for both India and Pakistan to hold talks.

Besides ceasefire violation, Pakistan-sponsored terrorists have been launching attacks on India. Six soldiers and a civilian lost their lives in the 10 February attack on the Sunjuwan Military Camp.

Indian Army lost 28 soldiers along the LoC in 2017. Around 138 Pak Army soldiers were killed in retaliation the same year.
