But they are as a nation and society able to absorb casualties
That is their Strong point

But unfortunately, the term of election is only 5 years. This term is utter stupidity as no actual work can be done in such a short span of time. The terms should also be more reasonable and must be based on sound calculations. It is not as simple as saying - my hands have 5 fingers and hence the term is 5 years.
