From what I have seen, IN always addresses them as guided missile destroyers/frigates/corvettes. So, DDG, FFG and CCG are perfectly suited for addressing them. But we do not add this Prefix on the hull we just use D/F/P for each of them.

There's no reference to ddg or dg in IN documentation.

We call them as 'guided missile destroyer/frigate' only.

Even stealth is a word the IN abstains from.
Reduced signature is preferred

They aren't, LoL, Navy's capital outlay for 2022-23 was Rs.51,837 crore, marginally behind IAF's Rs.55,587 crore and way ahead of Army's 35,515 crore.

Russia and punctuality? hell no. lol. Official delivery timeline is for Nov 2023, and it will surely be spilled into 2024.
But yeah 2024 should be a good year

I mean MDL cannot do much when they are asked to cut open a completed hull juat coz the Navy woke up one fine day and thought lets integrate VL-SRSAM on our under construction Nilgiri class frigates

Did they ? Haven't seen anything official saying p17a will have vlsrsam before commissioning.

The delay in freezing certain parameters indicate that only, otherwise Nilgiri is supposed to have entered sea trials by now

Could be other design changes im 90% sure p17a's wont have any vlsrsam for now
