Personally I know a OFB factory in TN which is sitting idle and they are getting fat salaries & pension. But these guys are calling it 'surge capacity'. LOL.

The OFB strike starts from October 12. GOI would have already stocked sufficient ammo for a month of border war.. and surprise surprise the campaining season ends in a month .. and whatever happens after mid November during the winter months, can be nothing more than a skirmish due to logistical reasons..
