What i am unable to understand is whether this scuffle took place at dongla plateau or region south of it. If it took place at dongla plateau , I am afraid we may have no choice but to withdraw because as per reports Bhutan has already agreed to drop its claim over it (98sq km) in 24 rounds of talks. But if it took place to the south of it,( 290 sq km of territory) between the plateau and trijunction it is a very very serious provocation from Chinese and it means war with China is inevitable. The UPA foolishly thought that chinks and pakis can be bought over by slow military buildup and now chickens are coming home to rule the roost.

It is a competition involving general Armour Tactics, Gunnery skills, manoeuvering etc which is a test of the Tank crew not Armoured philosophy of Nations.

These competitions are a useless barometer of military strength. Paki SSG has also won many competitions but lost Siachin to regular Indian troops with pakis even refusing to accept their bodies

Down south, they released a new map displaying territories east of Sikkim (inside Bhutan) as their own. The IA moved out and took the entire dokalam area (Not the Plateau which is far north).
