Data Is secondary, logic and common sense are still number one.

Little confusion about UTTAM and its variants ( currently ).

UTTAM mk1:- This is a TD only for testing. Has low TR modules. One can put it into production but will not be suitable or adequate when Tejas can use AESA with higher TRMs. Hence, LRDE came with UTTAM mk2. This is not a mistake but a process to develop a product.

UTTAM mk2:- This is a production variant that will have more refined software and compact TR modules. This ultimately will go into Tejas Mk 1a, Mk2, and Su-30mki ( upscaled version ) or even somewhere into Tejas Mk1.

Both above versions are based on GaAs.

UTTAM mk3: This will be a GaN-based high-end AESA Radar, which will be developed by 2028-30 and incorporated with AMCA and subsequently in Tejas, Su-30mki, or even IAF darling " The Jaguar "

only Difference btw GAN is power output saving
And more efficiency

Rafale F3R is GAas based radars

99 % of the fighter in NATO has GAas AESA

What good is we atleast are now at par with west on
Radars avionics

Only Turbofan technology left ❤❤💞💞
Not exactly ,type of radiating elements , and GaN provide better resolution too

I am.saying operational Gan aircrafts are still 5 years away
Most aircraft which operationally available are GAas
GlobalEye AEW&C uses GaN, & 28 April 2020 SAAB reported that it had test flown an GaN based AESA of the PS-05/A radar family.
Saab’s New Fighter Radar in the Air,
Also Raytheon Flies APG-79(V)4 GaN-AESA Radar in Marine Corps F/A-18 in 2022.
Saab GaN radar is included in mmrca deal with source code.
Some says Israel developed GaN versions of el/m 2052 and available for export.

It doesn't happen like that. They can identify multiple birds and share data with different radars operational to identify enemy position.

Varna ek flanker ke peeche Tejas ki ladi lagado Diwali dhamaka 😂
It happens exactly like that. RCS of Tejas and Rafale are minuscule (< 1m2) compared to MKI. EW radars can pick them up from long range but won't be able to identify the number of bogies due to low-resolution factor, X-band or FCR is needed to differentiate between targets (MKI and Rafale/Tejas), but they have poor range.

So basically, depending on radar quality, this formation can sneak up without revealing the type and number of aircraft maybe even up to 50kms easily.

They can pick up Sukhoi from long range yes...

But Sukhoi won't hide the other aircrafts radar signature from ground radar or air borne.

They'll be identified... Based on their radar signature.

Infact it will be better if they go upfront like mig 21 do. They'll be tough to detect on their own sm but with Sukhoi at front the enemies will know threat is coming in.
