It will be around that.. western OBOGS are similar in weight.Please check official sources ! Our journos dont know the difference between AESA and PESA..so dont take their word for it. See if you can find official source. If its 15KG then yes weight reduction will also happen
Main advantage will be ground and logistics supports flight safety and avoidance of fire and explosion hazard.
But I guess there will be another cylinder smaller one for safety in case the system fails as observed in F-35. This could be oxygen kept in spare by the OBOGS itself . So overall weight may be around 50-100 kg.
