Since the Rafale deal is already consummated I don't think the deliveries will be in peril more so that the contract deleted "corruption clause" as a ground for contract termination. But if the investigation finds criminal liability then some in the French side will be in serious legal trouble.

F35 is IOC, can't go further mach 1.4 if not the rear part of the frame is in danger, have nearly 800 technical issues....
The swiss purchase LM promises. The same promises saying than F35 will be FOC in 2014....

What you said is not entirely true since USMC's F-35Cs are already FOC. Also, even at mostly IOC, the F-35 program has already exceeded the flight hours of Rafale. So as a program the F-35 has now more experience operating F-35 than the Dassault operating Rafale.
