There is only one problem, job security and transfer on finding irregularity. They do corruption everywhere.The thing about Sarkari daftar is that they are in a frog in the well situation. The point of railways redevelopment program is to provide various new facilities to the commuters that were previously absent.
The goal is not to build a shiny new building in an area that does not even have a huge footfall when compared to tier 1 cities.
The program is successful in the sense that the station has been revamped and new facilities have been added thus easing the entire process both for the public and trains.
Also it's the angle. A better angle would have resulted in better photos.
