All hail Gadkari and his ethanol and hydrogen
Gutterkari ji is not at fault here, then again if he is not a fault than he can't take credit for any work in the Road department.
Ya'll Nibbiars The Dense Bituminous Macadam DBM can't hold too much water. And No matter you Invest Crores of rupees to construct this. The Only solution for this is the PQCs.

The Bridge was going to fall.

The thing about Sarkari daftar is that they are in a frog in the well situation. Sarkari daftar has a culture not changing their ways. Their paradigms and sop is preserved from the British time and their isn't much dynamic things going on. A Sarkari engineer might not know new things in the market because he came there by gargling book knowledge and slogging through syllabus and only that. They pull each other down leaving no scope of self optimization.
All gov office need to be cut down in Size
There is only one problem, job security and transfer on finding irregularity. They do corruption everywhere.
I have one solution - death. These people will not learn whether they were poor or rich before becoming IAS or having whatever background. Only thing they are good at is giving exam and interview after that it's only money money money money money money.
They will even not spare a dying mother and a disabled dependent son and make them do the rounds if not paid on time. Kill if found guilty.

Death?
Why delve into such fantasies mate we are nither a early 20th century monarchy nor a dictatorship.

The most you can do is making the firing process easier and incentive based wages.

That is even more impossible, they are expert in finding loopholes. This is the worst solution you could have given. You don't know these people. Nobody will even object if it passes because whole public knows they drink blood of the innocent.

that's why a little gradient / slop is given from road top centre to shoulder( generally - 1: 40 to 35). So that water does not accumulate on top of BT...
That's why in case of either WBM or DBM, a 5 mm - 10 mm sealcoat is given to make top surface more homogeneous. But it is costly. Civil guys can light better, I am better with EM.
PCQ with OPC 43 will make any sub-contractor bankrupt if it adheres to M 40+ IS stranded!!
They will just keep adding fine sand if no site inspector is not present to check( if no batching plant present).. more over no vibrator... so..
Guess the future of that road too.

A beautiful project. It could've added a big boost to energy security of north east. Unfortunately it is only 50% complete. It has been stalled in courts since 2011 by "Environmentalists".

Another victim of leftist Enviornment activists.
Is it fully under construction now or still stuck?

Eh. Not that impressive. Don't really like the squares or the color scheme. Question is: Can they consistently keep it clean and crack down on people spitting and urinating? Will they put adequate numbers of wastebaskets and ensure the size is proper for the crowds thronging there? Will they keep the bathrooms clean and sanitary at all times?

That's the most important part - maintenance and cleanliness.

Folks in comment section saying old one look better . What do u people think ? I think new one much better .

Folks are chutiyas.

The point of railways redevelopment program is to provide various new facilities to the commuters that were previously absent.

The goal is not to build a shiny new building in an area that does not even have a huge footfall when compared to tier 1 cities.

The program is successful in the sense that the station has been revamped and new facilities have been added thus easing the entire process both for the public and trains.

Also it's the angle. A better angle would have resulted in better photos.

Mathura station may have Lower foot fall but the place is a major tourist attraction with lots of foreigners also visiting.
