That's the FFL. IMO training and deployment would be similar to The 75th Ranger Regiment. Similar skill set to our Para SF. Not too far apart.

This is one place where our SOF is shining, Army and Navy CFF is almost at par with global standards.

they have parachute regiments but the guy above seems to be an infantry man as per PPE of french army infantry

I mean it's 11 these guys have been going hard at trying to make this their standard gear guy seems new yea but it was alright much better then what we have seen before from Paras

Few things I don't get is their obsession with mag grip from Paras to NSG, and has anyone seen Paras with High and low ready yet? Seen it plenty with Marcos now and no leaning and checking corners? Anyway I am just a guy on internet.


P.S- anyone knows the name of this camo seening this alot more recently it was their in training with Japs too

The one on his pant is our desi flecktarn, 4 para uses this religiously up here in Valley. Idk about the one on shirt but ive seen it with high alti units incl SFF's SF and Abn units

7 PARA first started to use the lower's camo pattern as a standard issue camo for the unit, then SF units operating in the NE region also opted for it...
