You can't use their weapons to defend yourself, or to engage a terrorist. Their weapons can't bee seen in combat hot-spots.

Technically the government doesn't want their weapons to be seen in active environments where human rights/war crimes are a concern, which is surprising because the Merkel govt allowed a billion dollar arms deal with Egypt.

Why don't BSF issue some proper boots for muddy conditions? Even videos on YT involving BSF crocodile cdos don't wear shoes/boots

Synthetic polymer waterproof full leg socks type thing can work I don't know that type of socks are available or not

true, can remember , we used to walk barefoot or with trekking or jogging shoes whenever had to move on such like terrains ( used to work in cross country piping). We rather kept our safety shoes in car and kept on surveying barefoot !!!!
