You surely can’t know for sure they’re going to be dual tubes though, they could be just purchasing PVS 14s too. Also wonder what they’re counting Passine night vision monoculars as? Are they mounting them on the guns like PARAs or if not shouldn’t it come under the passive night vision goggle section only?

They already have a variety of arms, it’s my wild assumption that they might be testing the SiG MCX as they alreacy have SiG MPX. So, question is why did they buy FN SCARs at the first place?

What is your take on the DRDO developed ASMI, can it serve as a potential replacement for the old MP5 operational with the NSG?

100 for a force with at least 2000 assaulters.

hopefully 100 is just for trailing and they’ll roll it out forcewide.

the issue is until now NSG haven’t really embraced night combat. Their SOP is for the first 2 guys in a HIT to have NODs but the rest of the team will be night blind.

Never even seen an IR illuminator on an NSG weapon
