See almost every country separate their law enforcement agency and their intelligence agency, that goes with sf units as well. FSB is probably the best example out there who is an intelligence agency with top of the line sf unit within it and federal police is a law enforcement agency with different sf units within it. IB should really take this into account and form their own sf unit

The AK-103M/203 dust cover is different from that of any previous AKs.

It is both hinged at the front & has a retention lock at the rear. This is obviously still not as good as a pin-retained upper receiver like on AR-15s, but it is likely to be much better in terms of retaining zero compared to previous AKs (where the dust cover is only slide-locked at the rear & loosely comes off (just like on INSAS).

Will easily get loose with a lot of rounds firing.

But the second part of this process was hung due to two things, CORONA AND EUROPEANS, first the ban which hk put on us made us go through a long route called FMS, and then corona is making things worse. aslo u can check even if the deal is signed today, the us government takes some time to approve the fms sale by releasing notification... time can vary with size and significance of orded along with urgency..
