Can you share a pic of the MKU plate carrier?
Also I'm very excited to see Gearsmith productsObviously the Armasen ones are the best available in the country and the MKUs
Those tac vests belong in the 80s
Sir, I asked this from a garud, he confirmed that they are getting these :They ain't laser cut and not as standard kit yet.
Yeah, NSG was reorganised with the help of GSG 9 after 26/11. They train together pretty often too. So makes sense.View attachment 91439 NSG badge in background GSG9 officer office

Donβt think this vest is what the SF need ideally as it doesnβt look modular and looks more like what the regular infantry needs.
@AVINASH4061 sir, what would be the approximate weight of the plate carrier with the plate?Same, especially this one :
It offers60% more protectionDonβt think this vest is what the SF need ideally as it doesnβt look modular and looks more like what the regular infantry needs.
The carrier by itself probably doesnt weigh much. The kind of plates used will matter more.@AVINASH4061 sir, what would be the approximate weight of the plate carrier with the plate?
Thatβs why I asked with the plates used. The carrier by itself probably doesnt weigh much. The kind of plates used will matter more.
For special forces needs it will probably end up causing restrictions to movement. SF teams around the world seem to prefer agility over all around protection. It offers60% more protection
And I believe the pouches and stuff are add-ons

IMO this is the closest one which could meet SF needs.
