A theorized MARCOS course structure, based on all the available info from interviews, photos, videos etc...
I think I get most of it right. One thing, instead of marching, drilling in the build up phase, it should be collegiate level strength/conditioning coaches, running coaches, swimming coaches, nutritionists etc like it happens in the west. SF guys obviously dont train for marches and all

All the grilling of Officers for probation and the jawans are just expected to be fit and that too lesser fit than officers..this is no way to judge.

Plus being so Officer heavy if you loose officer in a war all command and control goes for a toss.
