there has been a visible increase in std issue kit at unit levels, with each having uniformity (you can guess a few units from their kits). Rifles, was probably an exaggeration by journos.

When you take a strong cat, give it weak nutrition and horrible living conditions, and they have offspring, over time the offspring will be weaker than that’s its ancestors, this is what happened due to british empire.

However, this can be simply reversed and is already being reversed with better nutrition and life style choices, and also better living conditions

but rural kids actually make it academically. then the whole notion of low iq is misplaced, don't you think? I think its more to do with certain demographics.
