In my opinion, garuds are more uniform as compared to para sf .
You will never see, 2 garuds generally with 2 different camo , 3 different helmets and 2 different rifles

Garuds during aero india or on airforce day use to wear same camo similarly para sf in any public demonstration use to wear same camo same with Marcos but in ci ct ops use to wear anything they want because it depends on the ( here I am talking about encounter in kashmir or ci ct ops not about strategic ops )
