@AVINASH4061 Sir, what helmet did you prefer using in combat?Patka,MKU,OR 201, Team Wendy exfil etc? Also is there any particular reason the SF has purchased few non ballistic versions on the TW Exfil helmet too?
I was not lucky enough to be issued any of these. You would know I am saying the truth if you would go through my pics. Welcome to the truth.

So even Patka helmets weren’t issued to you guys? I was of the idea that these were common among infantry and SF since the 90s. As nowdays even regular infantry is being issued indigenous MKU helmets or similar equivalents.

Question, do you think the regular infantry needs to establish a sub-section unit (like two 4-man fireteams within a section and a section commander) to increase tactical flexibility and flesh out tactics? It seems the current 10 man section as a base unit limits the firepower and maneuverability of troops.

The section splits in to a support gp and aslt gp when required. Also remember the tasking dictates the kind of equipping too. Unfortunately the equipment profile is obsolete to have further divisions that can let a 4 man team achieve it's task. Also fighting the actual combat is very very different from clicking the mouse to fire a shot and pressing 'Ctrl C' to crouch. A 4 man team never wants to get in to an independent fire fight, doesn't matter which SF they are. Even the Green Berets have a 12 member fighting unit with all kinds of specialists.

In my opinion, garuds are more uniform as compared to para sf .
You will never see, 2 garuds generally with 2 different camo , 3 different helmets and 2 different rifles
