Even american tier 1 units (pioneers of quad tubes) use dual tubes most of the times. SAS is a different story, they had a single quadtube in their inventory that too was purchased seperately by a blade himself.

I asked Cdr Vijay on Ig and he said on paper they're still IMSF, Marine Commando Force was the name given by the navy and I feel it was to let the army guys back then Para Commandos feel happy. Eventually they too changed their name to SF so...
