Usually have seen videos of guys from 9 running drills in such areas (samba-kathua-udhampur-reasi-rajouri belt has similiar mountains) so this could be from 9. Is this the company's owner himself ?

I guess we are so accustomed of seeing them without their ridiculously long muzzle break that when they have it on it appears too long .
also the handguard is extended, it covers the whole gas block.
