Atleast if we cant modernise like the western army lets just have uniformity in clothing.

These Rambo macho talks suit those who have proper gear in the backpack..not someone who looks like beggars who stole a airsoft accessories shop in US.

And now we should start talking about tactics and strategy too and not just the gear.

The kind of casualties we are taking i am worried for the Army.

Foreign exercises are the only time you see more than 3 Indian soldiers wearing the same gear, so they can do it they just aren’t interested. Utter clowns, unable to get all soldiers the same gear, these are the very basics, how can anyone be confident they are going to deliver on the battlefield?

Yeah no officer class in the US is messed up. By all means right now our officer class is pretty good for what it is. Casualty rates can be attributed to what is really plaguing the IA, lack of efficient, modern gear.
