Watching some of the traditions and etiquette they are trying to keep alive looks like some kind of elitist private school here in the U.K.

Culturally they do not fit in with the society they represent and that’s a huge issue. Every time their perks are challenged you hear the same BS about their traditions being at risk, someone here had posted the menus of NDA and if that’s the kind of traditions that are under threat, good.
