Very cool.
Some real operator vibe
Someone buy them a good quality camera.View attachment 197837
Cornermost Operator on the left has a pretty decent plate carrier Setup.

That's very true . But who's gonna make people aware of these . Also show this amount to Gernails and they'll faint and make excuses. Then shame us publicly by calling anti nationalist. Like the ones in Twitter do and after a genuine question is asked they avoid and leave it on seen .I get what you are trying to say but I still wanna stick to military grade equipment. My estimates show that if we were to hold onto the Tavors and the highcuts we already have, it would cost 6-8 cr INR to equip the WHOLE of Para SF (Taking into account that some units don't have highcuts).
Emergency response training. Just strap on the plate carrier and the helmet with radio and buckle up the gun procedure. Very S.W.A.Ty thoThat's some real operator drip. Damn NSG!
But when para bros assigned to a QRT do the same, it automatically becomes national embaressment of the century.Just strap on the plate carrier and the helmet with radio and buckle up the gun procedure.
They should've sent marcos to save us from the humiliation
The ENTIRE national budget of Kyrgyzstan is 1/10th of the budget of just the IA, I'm pretty sure the Indian govt spends more on sanitary items than the Kyrgyzstans spend on their SF and yet this is the result.
Check out the battle load of the Kyrgyzstan solider- just by the placement of the spare ammo one can surmise they are more proficient in tactical shooting than any Indian SF 'operator'
This hasn't been about money for a long time, this year all 3 services will and back billions of USD in unspent CAPEX to the exchequer. The civilians mostly see defence as a fringe issue and the military leadership still thinks it is 1800s. The blind leading the blind and the results are for all to see.
Nothing changes without fundamental structural reforms, it might already be too late for that given the ingrained strategic culture inside India that has normalised humiliating defeats. The direction that the SF community is going in India is entirely the opposite that would be required for a capable SOF entity- all 3 have drastically expanded their ranks in the last 5-10 years, now they are trying to push women into the units. All these outfits will be good for in the near future is jogging down Rajpath during R-day parades every few years and will be another cringe spectacle like the bike stunts. Maybe in the next few years they'll have Indian 'commandos' flying down the parade route in their jetpacks.
A lost cause it really is, may as well just embrace the humiliation fetish
You can run but you can’t hide from it. You’re only as strong as your weakest link and besides MARCOs aren’t anything particularly special outside of a handful of pieces of kit bought for foreign exercises. Their training in some areas is great but in many they are so so particularly small team tactics and dynamic shootingThey should've sent marcos to save us from the humiliation
You missed the plot my dude..But when para bros assigned to a QRT do the same, it automatically becomes national embaressment of the century.
I think MARCOS will move towards standardization. They have standardized the highcuts and also the Binods. Don't see why they won't standardize the comtacs. And besides, the extensive exposure they are getting and their attitude to actually imbibe the learnings, already puts them way ahead of Para SF.You can run but you can’t hide from it.
