nope dead sure he is a colonel. this has been going on since 2009...the mistreatment. i think he went to court in 2017 july. his letter got leaked into media. many pages on fb and net refer to him as a brigadier. he shud b as well. but these guys blocked his promotion and thats y he went to court. so he still reman a colonel.

well we don't need porkis or chinis to hurt our officers...the corrupt ones in the force is doin a pretty gud job of messing things up. the fact that such a legendary officer has to suffer like this is shocking!!!

When one looks at these art forms, it gives a distinct smell of bureaucracy. The GOI probably sent out a tender for someone to build this structure, then they selected the lowest bidder and the lowest bidder did the lowest quality work. This has no craftsmanship at all. It's just a blob of plaster of Paris painted blue. It has been done with benign apathy, because not doing it was not an option. The contractors probably also got paid crores. One of the best fighting forces in the world and this is how you represent them, with a blue blob of plaster of Paris and ill-proportioned mannequins.
