22 is for Coast Guard and 120 for the IN.

A bit of confusion is there. If these FIC-I are the NGFIC or something different. Currently, no similar vessel is available in the fleet. The closest relative being the Solas Mariner type interceptor boat which weighs around 40 tons but here IN is asking for a vessel with maximum weight of 17 tons.

It's just a RFI. We will know about the winners after the RFP. Both have history in building the patrol boats for ICG.
