Super Hornet’s Indian Ski-Jump Demo Next Month

Two U.S. Navy F/A-18E Super Hornets will arrive in India late May for operational demonstration off a ski-jump. The two single seat jets are currently being modified with instrumentation for the two-week capability demo for the Indian Navy at the shore-based test facility (SBTF) in Goa’s INS Hansa naval air station, centred around a ski-jump that launches jets over a cliff and out over the Arabian Sea.

If we go by this info then, the range of k6 will be around 9000km as the, delta 4 carried R-29RMU_Sineva it had range of 9000km.

the 12-13k tons is surface disp and it will be near 18k tons.

but,
there is diff between the model of s5 and delta 4

Trishuls writer is unreliable.God knows where he gets his information from but it is mostly unreliable.
I remember him claiming hal has yet to indigenise su30 mission computer whereas it was done decades ago through project vetrivale.

Why are we continuing with the double hull design? Have we not gained experience in building single-hull subs through the kalvari project?? Or are there some benefits with the double hull design.

Most likely because we now have significant experience in building double hulled nuke subs based on USSR/Russian design and if its works fine, there is simply no need to reinvent the wheel in designing and building single hulled subs.

Aajao, :brahmos:tumhara intezaar hi karr raha hai ki tum kab aaoge.
It's not that they would fight India. They want India to have a medium sized Navy. Big enough to threaten the Chinese but not big enough to threaten them. So they see it as a good thing that India is forever focused on the land border.
From a geopolitical perspective this is why a lot of countries prop up pakistan. We have to break away from this land border BS and focus on the actual price and build a proper Navy.

And this is the true intent of the US and western powers. It's a shame that these western fanbois can't see that.

"It's in the long term national interest of the US to keep the Indian Navy a "constable Navy" and prevent it from becoming a hegemon in IOR. This calls for a strong US naval presence in the IOR."
(Paraphrasing the video)
Classic backstabber-gora mentality. Anyone who is not caucasian & Christian is either below them, an enemy, or both. Instead of limiting India, they can choose to be a strong ally, but instead, they want to limit and control others like slaves.

Good thing we are not abandoning Russians for NATO.

True.
One possible reason why China has forced us to focus more on the Himalayan border. That leads to resources being spent on border stabilization and hence less to spend on strengthening navy.
