Looks like hunting season for the year has started..2 terrorists gunned down by security forces during encounter in Budgam's Hayatpura; encounter still underway.
The fact that encounters are happening in villages prove that there is good intel gathering. As we daily hunt for cockroaches in our home and spray hit on them, we should have a network of intelligence gathering to get to these terrorists and our armed forces should eliminate them.
I will be happy if their patrons are also exposed and punished.
what does fcr stand for? btw do you have any pics of todays killed momins? We should ban internet in kashmir.Should implement British era FCR in kashmir.Paki army is still using this laws in FATA
It is feudal type revenge law- If some one from some village or locality is involved in hurting the forces or doing unwanted activities- His whole village or locality will be punished- like demolishing all the houses even If one militant is found from that area-what does fcr stand for? btw do you have any pics of todays killed momins?
The FCR has its origins in the Murderous Outrages Regulation (FOR) which was enacted by the British Empire to prosecute crimes in British India. The Murderous Outrages Act 1877 was specifically devised to counter the opposition of the Pashtuns to British rule, and their main objective was to protect the interests of the British Empire. The laws are currently applied by the Government of Pakistan to FATA residents.what does fcr stand for? btw do you have any pics of todays killed momins?
Is this why paki army bombs whole villages and towns with impunity? The FCR has its origins in the Murderous Outrages Regulation (FOR) which was enacted by the British Empire to prosecute crimes in British India. The Murderous Outrages Act 1877 was specifically devised to counter the opposition of the Pashtuns to British rule, and their main objective was to protect the interests of the British Empire. The laws are currently applied by the Government of Pakistan to FATA residents.
The Murderous Outrages Regulation was enacted in British India (which includes modern Pakistan) in 1867 to give the government additional powers to prosecute serious crimes such as murder. It was re-enacted in 1873 with minor modifications, and again in 1877 as the "Ghazi Act" for its use in the Pashtun-inhabited frontier districts.[2] The 1893 unilateral demarcation of the Durand Line by the British as the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which divided Pashtun tribes across the border, caused further animosity among the Pashtun.[3]
The regulation was found to be inadequate to contain Pashtun opposition to British and government rule. So new acts have been added to it from time to time. The regulation took their present form primarily through the Frontier Crimes Regulation of 1901. In 1947, the then Dominion of Pakistan added the clause that residents can be arrested without specifying the crime
The FCR permits collective punishment of family or tribe members for crimes of individuals.[4][5] It permits punishment to be meted out by unelected tribal jirgas and denies the accused the right to trial by judiciary. Tribal chiefs can also be held responsible for handing over suspects charged by the federal government without specifying an offence. Failure to comply can make the tribal chiefs liable for punishment
Yes look at it just as an exampleIs this why paki army bombs while villages and towns with impunity?
Are these the new helmets that were ordered back in Sep-Oct 2016?? Are these MKU ultralight ones ? or mukut ones or TATA ones ?
