Soviet vehicles generally have space for a log:


On a serious note: they can use the log to roll through the mud if the tracks are bogged down.

tbh this design isnt that bad you see this is basically a naked ficv in combat it would mount era composite armour tons of sights too
for reference t 90 without era

1 . Increase of the Tenure from 4 to 7/8 years.

2 . Retention of half the batch on performance.

3 . Increasing of age ceiling to 23 Years old

4 . Training period of 11 months.

5 . Increase in technical candidates.

6 . More in Service Training.

7 . Incresse in pay scale.

8 . Exit Management.

4 years made sense how would 7-8 years do it would leave the guy stranded in middle of his age where he cant do any bachlor degree effectively and would be unqualified for jobs too

Ya'll Nibbiars Kargil Comitties Recommendtions, Army look after it's needs and requirements not the candidates. This who want to do seva will join, those don't will not, as simple as that, that how the Agniveer scheme was Publicized.

increasing the pay scale would do wonders too we cant let our boys creep while they take bullets too and 50% retention is the way to go at leat for the likes of army

Absorb them in CRPF, CISF or state police that should be a good start. Give them some vocational training for those who want to start a business or work for themselves. Especially jawans can do some blue collar jobs.
