I am not sure about that, need to look into. India was weakened probably by being stuck in feudal society. While Europe was ushering in renaissance we were still stuck up in 7th century way of living.

All current laws are manifestation of something that existed in the past? Who told you that sudden changes are impossible? Did Quran or Hadith exist before 600AD? But they suddenly started to be implemented after 630AD.

Codification of natural law is not unnatural as it just collects facts as they are. Natural law doesn't mean how things happen in nature but how things work. Whatever nature does is not natural law. For example, agriculture is natural law as it is just about the biology if the plants. It may not be natural act but it is natural law. Similarly, things like painting or even today our usage of tools, equipment etc are all based on properties of the elements created by creation.

You are confused between natural act vs natural law. Hence you tend to mix up these two.

Moreover,filing petition is Supreme Court that Supreme Court is invalid (as Supreme court is deriving its powers from constitutional provision) is highly stupid. Taking permission from the court about what you should do or not is unacceptable. Changes are brought by mass direct campaign,not by taking permissions of the ruling elite

None of the existing legal codes, anywhere in the world, have emerged from a vacuum. Their remarkable antecedents are well documented and indeed make an interesting reading (yes even the laws of Islamic and Jewish societies have a hoary history dating back to primitive semetic society of the Akkadian era)

I repeat there is no law, which governs human activity in a social group, which is natural. Codification (as opposed to collecting a set of rules) of laws is a means through which a society organizes existing laws, adds where one does not exist, repudiates the obsolete. In fact codification of laws, down the years, have been so sweeping that even the most natural of acts, like reproduction, is governed by its arbitrary and unnatural norms. You mention agriculture, what could be unnatural than that. Do you know how many species of plants, birds and insects (some animals too) exists because man blatantly tweaked the natural process of selection and evolution.......

Deescalation isn't happening. The fact dat PMO isn't talking abt anything at all and IAF warning response for bombing of our mil installation, I don't think there is going to be buckling at all.
My 2 cents:
1. Bleedin porkis till their resources dry up,maybe a month or so. They might do something stupid,who knows.
2. One bloody hit from our side and declaring end of hostilities. We r waitin for apt time.
