They find and mark them. Then F18s with JASSM cruise missile destroy them.
But western Russian border even an exclave Kaliningrad Oblast territory, is absolutely saturated with radar so Russia knows when any flights are off the ground.

Radars like 76N6 Clam Shell Low Altitude Acquisition Radar could easily pick low flying objects.

JASSMs are launced beyond S400 range. They are stealth. And if JASSM fails, those SOF guys kill the S400 crew with puukko and drive the S400 to our lines...

 Our resident joker. Long time no see!

When the Finnish SOF will be operating inside Russian territory, Russia will be sucking thumbs. Like US and its allies have been in Syria for these years.

We actually have experience about operating inside their territory and every year over 2000 new conscripts are trained to do just that. That is what theatre of operations is in Europes largest wilderness with hardly any roads.

Well good for us that we don't have Finland next to us then!
Anyhoo those F-18's will be killed along with their bases and your precious commandoes by long range kh-55 cruise and iskander BM strikes in a surprise first strike long before they takeoff or are deployed .

Good luck trying to find those F18s...with our new doctrine every road with 400m straight is an air force base. Fixed bases are gonna be empty...

@jouni- that's why I said a surprise first strike. As far as detection is concerned the Russian spy satellite constellation is still one of the top three globally.

Hornets are in peacetime at bed rock cave shelters, even tactical nukes cant touch them. Ok, lets stick to Indian S400s, I do not wish to depress you more ;)

US sold FiAF JASSM Missiles so that they with Finnish special forces can take care of Russian S300 and S400....if needed, of course ;)
Not a chance, buddy :)
Stealth works in X band only :)
And nothing matters better than numbers.
25 or even 50 JASSMs are nothing. You need at least 500 of them in one wave to make Rusdian AD swet :)
And don't forget their miserable range which will make your Hornets necessary to enter the S-300/400 effective radius to make a launch :)

JASSM has no sufficient range and speed for this :)
And of course, your toy soldiers will be caught up with counter-diversal platoons of S-400 staff on their wonderful PDM vehicles :)
Finnish special forces will be beaten and their pants will be on their heads as far as 50 km to positions will left :)

JASSM has 350km range (do not misspell with JASSM-ER (900km) and nobody will fire them from 100% range :).
Stealth is futile in nested dense and multi-spectral AD. You have spent a lot of money for nothing :)

The day when I start to fear Russian military is the day when they start to be thinking individual soldiers instead of mass army. So far only small portion of Russian army is in that level.

They are team players, connected to each other by automated datalink systems.
Just individuals are nothing. Even in civil life good team rules it all.
