@Bornubus AKASH can kill anything that gets within it's kill envelope F 16 included. The problem here is that the Falcon has a good chance of taking out the AKASH with a long ranged standoff weapon before that happens!

I may be wrong sir but I have read somewhere that Chinese obtained Soviet ,french and US tech through pak in the 80s.

As @Gabriel92 was suggesting that pakis might provided the tech of crotale to Chinese.

They were Egyptians not Pakis.
When Abdel al Nasser has betrayed USSR and turned to US (and went a military supplies from US also), Egyptians have sold several MiG-23BNs to China. That were middle to late 80-s.
Chinese have tried to copy it and even create a more heavy plane on its basis but failed.
