From what I am observing, normal life of public in pak Punjab is not disrupted as such these days. maybe things are not bad after all at ground level. I work under the assumption that, if there are issues at macro economic level, there would be immediate impact on public life.

As far as water was concerned, it aimed at tripling storage capacity increasing water usage efficiency and ensuring clean drinking water to all inbreds by 2025.
