54000D nahi, this is the actual argument they use. Pound the LOC and give them food grain in aid via UN because Pakis denied to take directly.

For this issue, they say that Pakis claim about human rights in 'Cash'mere (its mereCash for Paki generals infact) but hamper the chances of their economic development and growth. These lodachamans have been blocking these flights for decades now.

Borders are fenced in the most part. The challenge is government-aided smuggling. BSF still relies mostly on manual patrols in which a pair of 2 soldiers look after a stretch of 500-1000m, and this includes areas with dense foliage, water bodies, villages, and the conditions of fog. There is no technological aid given to the BSF guys and the local rural population in Bengal is fairly hostile to BSF. Mamta Bano has ensured that there are a chain of masjids along the border where these smugglers come and hide, and dare any agency enter and search these. Once inside, the party workers help them get their voter card(and now adhar card) made. Its a criminal nexus that cannot be solved unless 1) Central Govt really wants it (and not just some BS election rhetoric)- give BSF the right to shoot and fight court cases on behalf of them, give them cameras and other technological aid. BSF is the only force that works in the form of a human chain in this time and age
2) Boiling point of Bong bandhus rises above that of liquid nitrogen. Currently, there is only electoral benefits of illegal migration and no electoral penalty. Their "software"needs "update"

Explosive ordnance disposal units. Basically bomb defusers. Guys you call in to defuse IEDs or checking the body of a dead terrorist who might be ready to blow up (Suicide vests, grenades with pins pulled etc).

UXO is unexploded ordnance.
Dud RPGs, grenades or IEDs which never went off.
Dunno if expired ordnance is also considered UXO.
