Waiting for a Gigachad to misfire one of our AD systems like Brahmos

@mist_consecutive your take on this?

A jet flying directly over our troop formations is a blatant attempt of aggression and letting it slide seems a bit to callous.
We daily hear bad things like CFVs, cross-border attacks, airspace violations, etc., etc. and do RR. But the thing is, we never get to hear the opposite side of the story.

So we get to hear the cases when China did something adventurous, but not when we do anything.

For airspace violations, we do it equally often, just that I think China was the first one to inaugurate the tensions in airspace for this year.

As for deploying S-400, it won't be effective in the mountains, and it will definitely not be effective against China which operates both S-300 and S-400 missile systems. They will know how to avoid it, if not completely run circles around it.

Short-ranged systems like Akash, SPYDER, QRSAM, Osa-AK, and AA guns will be more effective.

With the mobile mast system, it will be highly effective.

Also, the same will apply for China too, now that we have S-400, we have a fair understanding of how their S-300PMU, S-400, HQ-9A, HQ-9B systems work and the tactics they will use.

If India has procured 40V6MR mobile mast system which can hoist the 92N6E and 96L6E radars, then it can suitably overcome the LOS limitations which standard radar systems face in the mountains.
If the S-400 is integrated with IAF AEW assets, then it will be a deadly combo able to look deep into Tibet if deployed somewhere in Leh
Elevating a radar by 10-20 meters will overcome LoS issues caused by mountains that are 1000s of meters tall.
