Chinese President cancels Pakistan visit

The Pakis were delirious with joy, ecstatic and proud that their puppet master, the great Emperor Xi, whom the Pakis consider him as the second coming of prophet Mohammed was to visit the Land of the Pure. But now the world has came crashing down around them as Emperor Xi has cancelled his visit!

This visit was extremely important for Pakistan in the context of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The talk was that some important agreements would also be signed between the two countries. After Saudi Arabia and the global financial institutions turned their backs, and Pakistan up to its neck in debt, the Pakis had a lot of expectation from Xi's visit, like Santa Claus coming, riding on his sleigh bringing expensive gifts for the benighted Pakis. But alas! The Pakis have received a severe blow due to the cancellation of the visit.

According to sources, Xi is pissed off with Pakistan as the CPEC is stalling due to various reasons as well as the alarming security situation in Pakistan. Hmmmm....So, what's new?

- its close to usa elections and contrary trump cannot drag usa unto war during elections
- winter will be at full swing
- the stand-off cannot go-on during winters

All previous agreements have been thrown to the winds by the Chinese themselves. I pray and wish that Indian MEA do not revert back to any such agreement.

Those agreements are very intelligently and treacherously crafted by the Chinese to bully India, reduce their own costs and keep the issue of the boundary as a snake in Indian armpit.

No agreement without defining LAC and LAC without prejudice to final boundry settlement. No demilitarisation and no "No Firing" agreements.. Militaries defend border by fire .. that is it.. No ITBP Samrajya on LAC ... enough of empire building by Indian bureaucracy..

One good thing to come out of all this is.. Finally we've realized the gravity of the situation. The Chinese infrastructure on the border is impressive for a possible invasion into ladakh in future. Xi has accelerated though so the plan is now in doldrums.
Things like Light Tanks would never even be considered if not for this standoff.
If hope now we focus more on our rocket forces, MBRls as well since the threat is real & we were always in denial
Also we desperately need to induct Truck mounted artillery in good numbers.. Plans have been stuck for too long.
China is our no 1 enemy not Porkistan.

There was riots back in 2008 in Tibet , violence against Han chinese by Tibetans .

I think the Chinese are afraid India aided by US will stoke separatism inside Tibet.

Could be the reason for Xi Jinping's "turn tibet into fortress" comment.
